  2. Special Design, Bead Wire Pre-Bending Stand and Bead Wire Ring Pressing Roller, for being inseparable joint on the overlap join position of Bead Wire Ring. It is no extra work to wrap the cloth on the joint position after taking out from Bead Wire Ring Former.
  3. Bead Wire Ring Forming Process, Auto-Feeding, Auto-Counting Turns, and Auto-Ejecting, are fully automatically by driving AC motor with inventor.
  4. Bead Wire Grommet Machine with functional Design and Tension Spring Device, avoids bead wire loosing and deviating from Guide Roller while Bead Wire Ring Former stop.
  5. Bead Wire Pre-Storing Stand is over than 100 m of length for continuing forming while Wire Reels are empty.
  6. Slitting Cutter can partition into 2 3 PCS of Bead Wire Ring for per cycle of forming production.
  7. Outer Pipes of Rubber Extruder are applied for Hydraulic Medium Recycle Cooling Unit.
